Terms of Service

What the service does

AMBERRY generates images and video from the photos you upload, using AI models. The service is for adults, 18 and over.

Coins

Work is paid for with coins. Coins are bought inside the service, have no cash value outside it, and are spent when a job starts. A job that fails through our fault is refunded in coins.

What you may not do

• Upload photos of anyone under 18. This is blocked and the account is closed without refund.
• Upload photos of people who have not agreed to it.
• Use the results to harass, threaten, defame or deceive anyone.
• Resell access to the service or automate it without our agreement.

Your photos stay yours

You keep the rights to what you upload and to what you receive. We do not publish your work.

Honest limits

AI models are not exact. A result may differ from what you expected; that alone is not a defect. If the job breaks, write to support and we either redo it or return the coins.
